First, a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist asks you a series of lifestyle questions. Your answers will help us evaluate your hearing needs and determine your personal expectations.

Next, a painless otoscopic inspection examines the inside of your ear canal with a light. The test will reveal if your hearing loss is simply caused by excess earwax, inflammation or infection.

You’ll then put on a pair of earphones and a comprehensive hearing examination will analyze your ability to hear sounds in quiet and in noise, creating a customized hearing profile.

Once your hearing ability is identified, our Licensed Hearing Aid Specialists work with you to determine which of our hearing aids best complement your hearing needs, lifestyle and budget. Our goal is to find a simple-to-use, long-term solution for your hearing issues**.
